Specialist lectures
You can also find us at the expo stage and at the conference if you'd like to see exciting specialist lectures on the subject of infrastructure planning. Marius Reuters, BIM Manager at IB&T, will give a lecture at the expo stage on the subject of "Next Level Modeling - Via Automatisms to a Quality-Assured 3D Model" on October 18, 2022 from 2:00pm to 2:20pm. In his presentation, he will give visitors an insight into the newly developed smart infra-modelling technology of card_1 Version 10.0, which enables automated modeling of infrastructure routes in compliance with guidelines.
Please go to the conference from 3:00pm to 4:00pm on October 19, 2022 to hear IB&T Managing Director Uwe Hüttner moderating the BVBS session on the topic of "Infrastructure Planning with Open BIM and a Seamless Workflow". A practical example in the field of infrastructure planning will be given to demonstrate the full potential of Open BIM. Particular focus will be on data formats, software tools, processes, buildingSMART standards, federal specifications and The German Federal Railway's BIM specifications.
