Virtual Design and Construction Management – or VDC Manager for short. This is the new name of DESITE BIM, which perfectly reflects the software's capabilities: It supports the virtual planning and construction of any type of building. The VDC Manager enables interactive visualisation, semantic and geometric model checks, model extension, 4D scheduling, 5D calculation of quantities, and provides an open programming interface.

Whether it's BIM coordination, BIM management, or overall BIM coordination – SPBIM4DESITE makes working with the VDC Manager/DESITE BIM easier, more consistent and more efficient. SPBIM4DESITE offers a wide range of functions for various use cases, such as scheduling, quantity and cost calculation, and coordinating the different trades. This solution from our partner Schüßler-Plan Digital was developed based on real-world requirements in BIM project work. It’s a solution designed by practitioners for practitioners.

The online platform offers features to define, manage and share information requirements with third parties, both project-specific and project-independent. In addition to platform access, plugins are provided to directly edit and review models in Revit and DESITE BIM/VDC Manager.
