Marius Reuters, product manager and head of the BIM Competence Center at IB&T, and Sebastian Schmidt from EIBS GmbH will be talking about modeling, attribution and coordination on the B178n project. The first construction phase of the B178n highway in the eastern part of Saxony is being planned as a BIM project in the project phases 3-5 of the HOAI (German fee structure for architects and engineers).
As part of the User Convention, 45 lectures will be held in five parallel slots, providing information on numerous topics such as structural engineering and infrastructure, products and trade, law and BIM further education. Thanks to the online format, the presentations will all be available as video recordings for a fortnight after the event.
The User Convention is recognised by various chambers of engineers and architects as further education. A list of the chambers and further information on the lecture programme can be found on the buildingSMART website.
