The independent quality certificate confirms that card_1 fulfils all the requirements for the BIM-compliant modelling of traffic routes. This makes card_1 the first certified product in the category "CAD-BIM Modelling of Traffic Routes". The BIMSWARM certification is intended to achieve transparency in terms of IT product quality in the construction and planning industry.
BIMSWARM is a research project funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy. The aim of BIMSWARM is to create an open platform upon which certified applications, services and catalogues are made available. This contributes to the networking of different applications and services and thus supports German small to medium sized businesses in project work with BIM.
