The DXF and DWG formats have basically established themselves as the standard for drawing-data exchange. Both formats contain the same information and differ only in the file form. DXF files contain ASCII data whereas DWG files are binary files. CARD/1 offers you both formats. But of course data can also be exchanged with CARD/1 in numerous other formats.
